Mr Men and Swallowtail Federation sports day
Over the past three weeks, the children have been reading writing and creating their own Mr Men books. They enjoyed the language that was used in the books and have created their own characters. They then read them to our year 1/2s who really enjoyed hearing their stories. Well done Panthers, I hope these books will be in your collections for years to come.
We also took part in our annual federation sports day where the children got to try out different sports. They learned how to fire a bow and arrow in archery, completing a dance routine, circus skills and the joy of climbing trees. They also learnt about how important healthy eating is to give them energy.
